This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police to initiate action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.09.2023 within a time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents submits that basing on the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.09.2023, the Police have registered a case.

3. Since the very purpose for which the present writ petition has been filed has already been defeated, no further orders can be passed.
