ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the writ petitioner challenging the order of the second respondent, dated 12.10.2022.

2. The second respondent herein has originally passed an order of recovery as against the writ petitioner on 12.10.2022. Challenging the same, the petitioner had filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.666 of 2023, in which an order has been passed on 11.01.2023, directing the writ petitioner to approach the first respondent by filing an appeal. Hence, the writ petitioner has filed an appeal on 15.02.2023.

3. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the writ petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
