PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents to remove temporary EB lines running across the petitioner's land by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2016 to the respondents.

The petitioner has submitted a representation to remove the electric lines passing through his lands, filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.02.2016. 2/5

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a memo, dated 05.06.2023 stating that he has returned the papers to the petitioner and also gives change of vakkalat. However, the learned counsel for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 submits that the grievance of this petitioner has already been redressed and the line has been shifted. The respondent Board has made some alternate arrangements to take the line without disturbing this petitioner's land.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Board, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.10.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No RM 3/5
