The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court by common order made in Crl.OP.(MD)Nos.16870, 16906, 16909 and 16920 of 2023, dated 28.10.2025, in the cause title of Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16870 of 2023, Crime No. 230 of 2021 has been wrongly printed as Crime No.230 of 2023 and the same to be rectified.

3. In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to correct the "Crime No.230 of 2021" instead of Crime No.230 of 2023 in the cause title and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
