ORDER
The order of transfer, dated 06.06.2014 was passed. Subsequently, a consequential order, dated 11.02.2016 was passed. The petitioner has challenged both the orders in this writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined the transferred place and subsequently he has attained superannuation on 31.05.2018.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has received the entire terminal benefits and other benefits for the said service.
4. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that if any salary is 2/5
not paid during litigation period, the same may be paid to the petitioner.
