Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 2.The petitioners are facing trial in S.T.C.No.411 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi. The petitioners want this Court to direct the Court below to speedily conclude the case.

3.Even an accused is entitled to speedy trial. The case is pending for more than two years. Therefore, the learned Trial Magistrate is directed to conclude the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
