This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent, dated 11.05.2015, to quash the same and consequently, to direct the 1st respondent to pay all terminal benefits of the petitioner namely gratuity, leave salary, E.P.F., Social Security Scheme and etc., together with 18% interest per annum and further, to direct 1st and 2nd 2/4
respondents to pay him pension along with pension arrears from 01.03.2014 and pension commutation together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Pending writ petition, the respondents have paid the entire benefits along with statutory interest. The petitioner is receiving pension of Rs.12,237/- as on date.
3.Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
