ORDER
This writ petition is filed as against the order dated 18.09.2015 passed by the first respondent/the District Registrar, Karaikudi, dismissing the request of the petitioner for reviewing the earlier order dated 11.03.2015 passed in the appeal filed under Section 75 of the Registration Act.
2. The petitioner has submitted a document for registration before the Sub Registrar, Thirupathur, in the year 2014, however, 2/6
without enclosing the required documents as per the circular of the Inspector General of Registration. By referring so, the Sub Registrar, Thirupathur, by his proceedings dated 27.10.2014. has refused to register the said document. The refusal check-slip issued by the the 3rd respondent was challenged before the District Registrar, Karaikudi, by way of an appeal under Section 78 of the Registration Act. The District Registrar, Karaikudi, by order dated 11.03.2015, dismissed the appeal on the ground that the petitioner has not produced the required documents. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.7677 of 2015. This Court, by order dated 08.06.2015, directed the petitioner to produce all the documents as sought for by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 11.03.
2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. But, the petitioner has failed to produce the relevant documents. By recording so, the District Registrar, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District, by order dated 18.09.2015, has once again rejected the review petition filed by the petitioner.

3. This writ petition is pending from the year 2016. Though this writ petition was listed for several hearings, it has been periodically adjourned. However, there was no proper representation for the petitioner on 20.03.2023 and thereafter, on 21.04.2023 and also on 05.10.2023. Therefore, this writ petition is listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
4. Since there is no representation for the petitioner and there is no merit in this writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 10.10.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
