ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 herein to remove the encroachments in S. No.1743Road in Uthamapalayam North Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District. made by the respondents 7 to 9 pursuant to the letter of the 4th respondent dated 29.07.2025.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the Surveyor has conducted survey and it was found that the lane in dispute is classified as 'road' and the same is encroached by the private respondents herein. Therefore, they have issued Form-I notice to the 10th respondent. 3.Such view of the matter, as the encroachment is clearly identified, the Highways Department shall take necessary action to remove the encroachment, by giving opportunity to all the persons. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
