PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka. A4/1038/2024 dated 30.08.2024 and quash the same as illegal and direct the 2nd respondent to pass an order after affording sufficient opportunity to the parties to putforth the case.

ORDER
After challenging an order dated 30.08.2024 of the Tahsildar, it appears that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Such appeal has been disposed of by order dated 13.05.2025. In view thereof, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such without any order to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
