This writ petition is filed for writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order, dated 19.07.2023 passed by the 1st respondent as illegal.

2. Through the impugned order, the respondents have appointed a fit person and the reason for appointing fit person is that the petitioner is under suspension and the petitioner is facing charges. The petitioner has challenged the interim suspension order and the same is pending before the authorities.

3. The authorities shall consider the petitioner's objections for the interim suspension and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Until then, the appointment of fit person shall continue. The rights of the parties will be determined after the 2/4

disposal of the interim suspension application. 4.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
