CMP(MD) No.10134 of 2022 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.PON RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) The civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 124 days in representing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr.T.Pon Ramkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 124 days in representing the above writ appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the Advocate Clerks Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to Court. On payment of costs as stated above, the Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list it for hearing in the usual course.
