ORDER

This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and after dispensing with the notice on the third respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the third respondent.

2. The petitioner appears to have obtained No Objection Certificate from the third respondent for obtaining EB connection in the name of the third respondent in respect of a tea shop put up by the petitioner on the third respondent's land under the agreement between the petitioner and the tan-tea. 2/5

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has sent a representation on 14.08.2025. However, the same has not been evoked any response and thus, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025 will be considered and disposed of on merits by the first respondent within a period of two weeks.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders in connection with the petitioner's request for EB connection on the third respondent's land, dated 14.08.2025 in terms of the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 05.08.2025 in Na.Ka.No. 80/2025/E.Va.A and taking note of the tri-party agreement between the petitioner and the tan-tea to put up a stall within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
