Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2.The present writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking consideration of a representation, dated 09.12.2021.

3.It is seen that the writ petitioner had earlier filed W.P. (MD)No.10975 of 2021, which is still pending. There has been an order of interim stay granted with respect to the order passed by the District Revenue Officer. All these related to S.No.1166/2A and the patta with respect to the same in Enchar Village, Sivakasi. Since there is already a writ petition pending, if the petitioner wants any further relief, he should only file a miscellaneous petition in the said writ petition. Filing a second writ petition cannot be encouraged and therefore, the present writ petition, eventhough it is only to consider the representation, since there is an order of stay granted in the earlier writ petition, and an order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.23006 of 2021 had also been passed informing the petitioner about the grant of stay, the present writ petition will not lie and the same is dismissed. No costs.
