To call for the records and set-aside the judgment dated 15.06.2020 made in C.A.No.133 of 2017 on the file of Hon'ble Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai whereby confirming the Judgment dated 28.09.2017 made in SC.No.58 of 2016, on the file fo the Chief Judicial Magistrate / Assistant Sessions Judge, Sivagangai.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MUTHU SARAVANAN.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 12.07.2022 made in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3769 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.288 of 2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P.(MD).No.13237 of 2022 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the trial on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the conditions regularly. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
