PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusively Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Ramanathapuram District to accept the surrender of the Petitioners in Crime No.187 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent and to consider the bail petition of the Petitioners, which would be filed on the same day of the surrender. 1/4

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusively Trial of Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Ramanathapuram District, to consider the Petitioners' bail application on the same day of surrender in Crime No.187 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent.
2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the Petitioners have no previous case. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Petition is allowed with the following conditions:- i) The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusively Trial of Cases under SC/ST 2/4
