PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner and 1/4

considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2023. For Petitioner :Mr.H.Thayumanaswamy For Respondent :Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl. Side) O RDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in crime No.177 of 2023 was registered against the private parties for the offence under Sections 420, 506(ii) and IPC on 13.06.2023. Frequently the private respondents are making trouble to the petitioner to withdraw the above said complaint. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the representation was made by the petitioner dated 19.08.2023. The enquiry in C.S.R.No.318 of 2022 is pending.

3.Let the above said enquiry be completed by the respondent Police, by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents, by ascertaining the ground situation as to the life threat exists at the hands of the private respondents, within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. upon the outcome of the enquiry, the second respondent may take further action in this case.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
