The present Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the death benefits of petitioner's wife namely Beulah Santhosam, who passed away on 07.06.2021 in the course of her employment by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2025.

3. Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner seeking for disbursal of the death benefits of his wife, who passed away on 07.06.2021, is still pending with the respondents, this Court without entering into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to 2/4

consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
