Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MAYA PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 02.08.2024. While considering the suspension of sentence of the petitioner, a Division Bench of this Court had directed the petitioner to stay at Thondi, Ramanathapuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Thondi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District daily at 10.30a.m.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. Since he is an agricultural coolie, he finds it very difficult to comply the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner had been complying the condition from 31.08.2024 till 02.10.2024 without fail.

4.Taking into consideration of all these facts, we would incline to relax the condition and direct the petitioner to appear and sign before the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar @ Srivilliputhur on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall remain intact.
