ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.11 of 2017.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that C.C.No.11 of 2017 is still pending trial without any progress.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent stated that case is posted for examination of witnesses.
4.In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai is directed to complete the trial within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioner shall appear before trial court and co-operate with trial.
5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
