ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to complete the enquiry of writ petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.597 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024 on the file of second respondent within a time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.597 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending on the file of the second respondent.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and conclude the CSR within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
