PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to instruct the 3rd respondent and his men ''not to interfere civil dispute'' and not to harass the petitioners and their family, under the guise of enquiry false complaint by the 4th respondent and pass any such further or other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to instruct the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners and their family, under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the third respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.199 of 2019 and hence, harassment of the petitioners does not arise.

3. In view of the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
