This Petition had been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.18 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent police had been completed and charge sheet had also been filed before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai. The charge sheet was numbered as C.C.No.94 of 2022.
