C O M M O N O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners are brothers and that they are habitual offenders. A number of cases under NDPS Act have been registered against both of them. In theses circumstances, it will be unsafe to pass any restraint order against the respondent police.
