ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking direction against the respondents, particularly second respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 20.09.2024 seeking leave for her husband Arumugam, S/o.Karuppaiya, C.P.No.5570 who is now confined at Central Prison, Madurai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had forwarded a copy of the proceedings dated 23.10.2024 passed by the first respondent , in No. 734/cj.2/2024 and by way of that proceedings the representation of the petitioner had been rejected. 2/4

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. We grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in the nature of certiorary if so advised and directed on behalf of the petitioner. (C.V.K., J.)
