O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to interfere with the civil dispute with respect to the property in Door No.3/190, Musafer Kani Rowther Street, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District.

2. It appears that a civil suit is pending between the parties before the District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram, in A.S.No.26 of 2000. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that as on date, he is in possession of the property and that he has not been dispossessed.

3. In view of the aforesaid position, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is accordingly, closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the pending civil suit, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
