[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 29.11.2021 regarding delimitation of the ward for the forthcoming Local Body Election.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous as the same has already been considered and necessary notification has been issued. To that effect, the learned Government Pleader produced a copy of the Government Gazette No.226A, dated 24.05.2019.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
