expeditiously as possible in Crime No.178/2023, registered for the offences under Sections 120(b), 406 & 420 of IPC.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that so far, four witnesses have been examined and still the police are intending to examine eight witnesses and requested time, so that they would complete the investigation and file the final report.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl.
