ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 27.01.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for grant of legal heirship certificate of her husband, who died on 03.03.2014. 2.
Heard Mr.P.Muthusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and Mr.R.sundar Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case and without going into the merits of the case and considering the limited issue involved in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent 2/4
deal with the representation / application made by the petitioner dated 27.01.2020, in line with the Judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of P. Venkatachalam and Ors. vs. The Tahsildar, Kumarapalayam Taluk and Ors) reported in 2022 (4) CTC 1. A decision shall be taken by the second respondent after affording opportunity to all the interested parties and conveyed to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
