Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned email communication, dated 19.07.2023 sent by the fourth respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondents to refund the paid GST (Goods and Service Tax) amount a sum of Rs.2,18,002/- (Two Lakhs Eighteen Thousand and Two Rupees) for petitioner's car Maruti Suzuki XL 6 by considering the petitioner's 80% disability within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court and pass such further other orders as this Court.

ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/5

2. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
