ORDER
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent to take necessary action upon the Petitioner's complaint dated 18.07.2022, which is pending before the second Respondent.
2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the Respondent Police and the Petition was closed. The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.
3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as in the light of the order of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100, in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
