2.Today(30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.3949 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025, a writ appeal in WA(MD) No.2 of 2026 has been preferred before the Division Bench of this Court, wherein, an order of interim stay has been granted, by order, dated 07.01.2026.
