ORDER

The Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to issue summons to the Contemnors/Respondents for not complying the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9966 of 2021, dated 26.04.2022.

2.By the above said order, the second respondent was directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the final report has been filed and the same was taken on file by the concerned Court.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. 2/4
