PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to Na.Ka.No. 101111/C1/2009, dated 11.09.2009, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and also direct the first respondent to furnish the particulars of marks obtained by the petitioner in each subject in the examination held in 1988 within the reasonable time. This writ petition is filed as against the letter of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.101111/C1/2009, dated 11.09.2009, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for providing the marks obtained by the petitioner in the examination held in the year 1988. 2.On 10.02.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 14.02.2023. On that day also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was again adjourned to 15.02.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (15.02.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
