W.P.(MD)No.4091 of 2016 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
