ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.342 of 2017 in O.S.No.301 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam, dismissing the petition filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC for rejection of plaint.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner sent a letter dated 10.04.2021 to the Registry along with letter of the revision petitioner and whereunder, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption "for withdrawal". 3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
