Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1327/2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 397 of IPC read with 21(1) Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act in Crime No.1327 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier, this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 11.08.2021 with conditions. Seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions, Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7070 of 2021 has been filed and that was also allowed on 20.09.2021. Even after the grant of further time, the condition was not complied. Now the petitioner filed this second Anticipatory Bail Petition before this Court. 3.Such an act cannot be entertained. When an order has been passed, he has to comply the conditions. Without complying the order of this Court, the petitioner has been repeatedly filing petitions, which required to be deprecated. This petition is not at all maintainable. The petitioner can file extension of time in the main order.
