PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the Detention order passed by the second respondent in detention order in H.S.(M) Confdl No.81/2025 dated 23.07.2025 in detaining the detenue under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a "Goonda" and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Arunjunaimuthu @ Arun, son of Vasamuthu, male, aged about 22 years, (now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli) before this Court and set him at liberty.
