ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.255 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory 1/3

bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were found in illegal possession of 1.880 grams of Ganja. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the nature of allegations in this case that the prime accused were found to be in possession of 1.8kgs of Ganja and they are pointing the fingers towards this person towards supply and considering the fact that the CDR particulars and materials are also available and also considering the fact that the earlier anticipatory bail petition is also dismissed, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
