The petitioners assail an enquiry notice dated 05.02.2016. The said enquiry notice was issued on the basis of circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 which was subsequently withdrawn. By taking note of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition in as much as the first respondent cannot take any further action on the basis of such withdrawn circular. By recording the same, W.P.(MD)No.4136 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is made clear that this order is confined to the initiation of action pursuant to circular No.67. No costs.
