ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.B1/11916/2013 dated 29.01.2016.

2. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 05.10.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list this writ petition today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

A perusal of the records reveal that the first respondent/the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai, has passed the impugned order, based on the decree passed by the learned Sub Judge, Sivagangai, in O.S.No.132 of 1993 in favour of respondents 4 to 6. Therefore, there is no merit in the writ petition.

4. However, since there is no representation for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.10.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
