Mr.P.Kottaichamy Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, in Cr.M.P.No.525 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, in Cr.M.P.No.525 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025, the first respondent Police has registered FIR in Crime No.536 of 2025, on 14.10.2025, for the offence under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(1) of BNS,2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu prohibition of 2/4

Harassment of Women Act, 2002, against the petitioners. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
