ORDER
The petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.17893 of 2020. The said writ petition was disposed of in the following terms:- "7.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 6th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2020, requesting them to lay a 10 feet tar road or concrete road in the land comprised in S.Nos. 166/12A1, 166/12B1, 12/B2, towards the eastern side and also S.Nos.170/5B, 170/6 towards western side in Thanakkankulam Village, Thirupparakundram Taluk, Madurai District, and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the contemnor submitted that when the panchayat president attempted to lay the road, he was facing 2/4
objection from one Kasirajan and Periyathevar. The contemnor is directed to intimate the petitioner about the position so that the petitioner can file a fresh writ petition and obtain an order on merits. 3.With this direction to the respondent and liberty to the petitioner, the contempt petition is closed.
