Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in the Impugned Suspension order No.Rc.A6/2299/2015, dated 16.04.2015, and its corrigendum in Na.Ka.A6/2299/2015, dated 20.04.2015, and the subsequent order for refusing to revoke the suspension, in Na.ka.A6/2299/2015, dated 16.07.2015, passed by the fourth respondent and quash the same and direct the fourth respondent to issue posting order to the petitioner within a time limit fixed by this Court. O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order of suspension is revoked by the second respondent on 27.09.2019 and he also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. However, miscellaneous petition is filed for claiming 100% of subsistence allowance.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that 50% of subsistence allowance was already paid.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, if there is any grievance with regard to the payment of subsistence allowance, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
