After submitting an application dated 04.08.2025 seeking a survey and demarcation of the property in Survey No.270/1A, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the patta No.1920 in the petitioner's name. He submits that the cultivation season is ongoing and seeks expeditious consideration of the application.

3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents. He submits that these applications are being considered in order of seniority and that reasonable time be fixed.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after putting the petitioner, any other person interested in the 2/4

relevant land and the owners of the neighbouring lands on notice. No costs.
