ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents to conduct an enquiry and to investigate the same and to file a report in accordance with law, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2024 within a time frame. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint by alleging that the third respondent has not returned the document and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed as the parties agreed to settle the issue amicably.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have not made any such endorsement and that they have given representation before the second respondent.

4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent, conduct enquiry 2/4

and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
