Respondent Prayer :- This Petition filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Ku.No.01829/Mepo/Theni/NiA/ NiP1/Vu3/Ko.Marai/15 dated 24.02.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently the directing the respondents herein to regularize the period of suspension with all monetary and service benefits to the petitioner within a reasonable time in the light of judgment of the Honble Supreme Court of India reported in 2015(3) CTC 119 SC.

According to the petitioner, impugned suspension order has been passed by the second respondent.
2. As per DV & AC cases, the suspension order should not be extended beyond three months from the date of charges, if the charge sheet is not filed.
