ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint as per CSR.No.719 of 2014 issued by the second respondent, dated 18.07.2014 and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed pathway dispute between the petitioner and the respondent in the petitioner's complaint and on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.719 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 03.10.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/4
