PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned letter in f/vz;/c/br/bgh/f/tho/t/M/nfh/Tl;Lm/vz;/ 145-16. ehs; 22.02.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent herein and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to grant permission to operate change over double through switch is used while operating/Compressor/Submersible Motor set in respect of the LT service connection No.271-002-395 stood in the name of the petitioner.

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned letter in f/vz;/c/br/bgh/f/tho/t/M/nfh/Tl;L m/vz;/145-16. ehs; 22.02.2016 issued by the third respondent herein and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to grant permission to operate change over double through switch is used while operating/Compressor/Submersible Motor set in respect of the LT service connection No.271-002-395 stood in the name of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is having a common well along with the fourth respondent and therefore, he submitted a representation for a change over double through switch and the same was rejected by the respondent Board and challenging the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed in the year 2016.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending this Writ Petition, both the Writ Petitioner as well as the fourth respondent have died and therefore, requested for sometime for filing a necessary application to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner's legal heirs to file a fresh Writ Petition through the legal heirs, if the issue is still prevailing between the legal heirs of the petitioner and the legal heirs of the fourth respondent.
