Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent, dated 07.06.2019 and the impugned letter issued by the 4th respondent, dated 17.09.2019, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to allow the petitioner to continue as Tamil Teacher in any one of the school under the management of the second respondent institution within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The impugned order, dated 17.09.2019 states that the petitioner had not attended the School after meeting the Vice Chairman on 07.06.2019 and further it is stated that the petitioner has not come to the School till the impugned order was passed.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that based on certain false allegations, the petitioner has been discharged from service. The petitioner was appointed on 10.03.2013 and her original certificates are handed over to the third respondent School.
3. The third respondent, Velammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School is not an aided School and it is a private school, therefore, the Chief Educational Officer, to whom the petitioner sent a representation, is not an authority competent to deal with the issue. As far as the Matriculation Schools are concerned, the teacher aggrieved, has to approach the competent authority under the Matriculation School Rules. The petitioner, if at all aggrieved, has to approach the competent authority.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner had left the school and the original certificates have to be returned to the petitioner. In this regard, the third respondent has to take all necessary steps to hand over the original certificates to the petitioner, if there is no other impediment.

5. With these observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
